About Daily Tarot Reading
Hi, we’re glad you’re here.
Daily Tarot Reading started with a simple idea: tarot doesn’t have to be mysterious or intimidating to be meaningful. The 78 cards of the tarot deck carry centuries of symbolism: archetypes, imagery, and stories that have given people a language for reflecting on their lives long before “self-care” was a phrase anyone used. We wanted a space where that symbolism was easy to explore, whether you’re pulling your first card ever or your thousandth.
The site is written under the name Claire Bennett, the voice of our small team of tarot enthusiasts and writers. We chose to write as one voice because it made the site feel more like a conversation with a familiar guide than a rotating cast of bylines, but we want to be upfront that Claire represents our collective work, not a single author. Between us, we’ve spent years studying tarot symbolism, its history, and the many ways people use it for reflection.
Daily Tarot Reading is owned and operated by 貓出沒工作室 (Meowvasion Studio), Taiwan Reg. 60124873, a small digital media company based in Taiwan.
How We Think About Tarot
We treat tarot as a mirror, not a map. A card doesn’t tell you what will happen. It hands you a symbol and asks what it stirs up. The Tower might make you think about a change you’ve been avoiding. The Ten of Cups might have you sit with what “enough” actually feels like. That’s the work we’re interested in: using the cards as a structured way to ask yourself better questions.
You won’t find predictions here, and we’re not trying to convince you tarot can see the future. What we do believe is that sitting with a card’s imagery, in a quiet moment with a journal or a cup of tea, is a genuinely useful habit, one that’s closer to guided journaling than fortune-telling.
What You’ll Find on the Site
- Daily card meanings — written to explain the symbolism and traditional interpretations of each card, plus reflective questions to take further
- Spreads and layouts— practical ways to lay out cards for specific themes (a rough week, a decision you’re stuck on, a relationship you’re thinking through)
- Tarot history and symbolism — deeper dives into where the cards came from and how their meanings have shifted over time
- Journaling prompts — for people who want to use tarot as a starting point for writing rather than an end point
We update the site regularly and try to make each piece stand on its own, something you could genuinely learn from or use, not filler wrapped around a card meaning.
A Quick, Honest Note
Tarot is a tool for reflection, not a substitute for professional advice. If you’re facing a decision about your health, finances, or a legal matter, please talk to a qualified professional. The cards are a good prompt for self-reflection, not a source of answers to those questions.
